Yeah. I don't know why there seem to be like no primary Flying-types.

Maybe flying was meant to be more of a descriptor of capability. Like there's one line that's just Dragon, and then the last evolution sprouts wings and suddenly they're part Flying-type.

Maybe. It's still weird compared to other Pokemon types which seem to have at least some single type Pokemon.
